Founding of the company by Gerhard Spittler in Goslar and kick-off for luminaire assembling

1990 - 1995

Moving to location of factory 1 and implementing of first metal working machines to start an independent luminaire production.

1995 - 2000

Building extension by broaden the production space. Set up of photometric and thermal laboratires. Extension of international activities due to modular downlight system.

2000 - 2005

Further extension of production and office space and increasing of vertical integration by CNC-lathe and milling centres and powder-coating plant. Starting an own office lighting program. Increasing importance of special manufactured luminaires.

2006

Buying a new, neighbored building and setting up as factory 2. Opening of the showroom for modern lighting. Focussing on office lighting, retail lighting and customised lighting solutions.

2009

Merger with the performance in Lighting Group from Verona, Italy, complete range of products for technical and decorative indoor and outdoor lighting, strengthening the international distribution
